Director of the Police Support Agency of BiH, Ph.D. Husein Nanić, participated in the two-day Annual Review Conference organized by the Joint Commission for Defence and Security, which was held on 23 and 24 November 2016 in Sarajevo.
On this occasion, Dr. Sci. Husein Nanić, held a presentation on the topic,, The current situation in the sector of defense and security of Bosnia and Herzegovina ", and informed the participants about the work, competencies, priority activities and projects, as well as the plans of the Police Support Agency in these areas.
The main objective of the conference was that the representatives of the security and defense sector in BiH in the best possible way try to introduce the members of the Joint Commission for Defence and Security with competence, current situation and plans of the institution in which the govern.
Besides members of the Joint Commission for Defence and Security, the conference was also attended by the representatives of: the BiH Presidency, BiH Ministry of Defense, the Joint Staff, Operational Command and Support Command of the Armed Forces, Ministry of Security, the State Investigation and Protection Agency, Border Police, Directorate for Coordination of Police Bodies, Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations, Department for Foreigners Affairs, the Agency for Forensics, the Agency for Education and Professional Development, the Commission for Demining and Mine Action Centre and State Regulatory Agency for Radiation and Nuclear safety, the command of EUFOR in BiH, representatives of UNDP BiH, Centre for security Cooperation in South East Europe - RACVIAC Zagreb, DCAF Geneva and NGOs.
As guests of the conference, representatives of the Commission for the safety of the House of Representatives of the Federation Parliament, the Commission for the safety of home Peoples of the Federation and Safety Committee of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbian, were also invited.
