POLICE SUPPORT AGENCY SIGNED AN AGREEMENT WITH THE DIRECTORATE FOR COORDINATION OF POLICE BODIES:

Employees of the Information Technology Department of Police Support Agency have been working for a long time on the development of an application which would be used for management of information on the equipment and material and technical assets of the police authorities of Bosnia and Herzegovina. This application primarily developed for the Directorate for Coordination of Police Bodies, allows the realization of significant savings, and helps maintain the equipment and resources in an optimal state that is needed for normal functioning and performance of the tasks of the police authorities, thereby contributing to the increase in the general level of security in the country. The application itself is located at the Police Support Agency, and the employees of the Directorate for Coordination of Police Bodies manage data, reports and enter data into the application. Taking into consideration that the application is finished and that the Directorate is already using it in its work, it was necessary to conclude an agreement between the Directorate for Coordination of Police Bodies and Police Support Agency in order to specify the mutual rights and obligations concerning the application. To this end, representatives of both these institutions have held two meetings at which the draft Agreement was determined, which was later signed by heads of the state bodies.
