Representatives were presented with the information system ''Central Records of Employees''
Director of Police Support Agency of BiH Jasmin Pilica met today with the Minister of Internal Affairs of
Posavina Canton Ilija Bernatović and
his delegation. The objective of the meeting was to present the functionality
of an information system ''Central Records of Employees of Law Enforcement Agencies of BiH'' which the
agency created for the needs of: the Directorate for Coordination of Police
Bodies of BiH, Border Police of BiH, and the State Investigation and Protection
Agency. The Minister has requested from the Agency to create a similar system
and adapt it for use of the MUP of Posavina Canton.
After
the reception of the Minister Ilija
Bernatović and his delegation, the Director Jasmin Pilica in
cooperation with his associates presented the information system ''Central Records of Employees of Law Enforcement Agencies of BiH''.
Delegation of Posavina Canton was introduced to the basic objectives, purpose and results of successfully implemented project Central Records of Employees, which is functioning at the state level. Upon completion of the
presentation there was a brief discussion about the system itself, its
functionality, the possibility of reports from variety of views on different
criteria, greater efficiency of business processes and the ability to adapt to
specific needs of employees.
Director
Pilica
and Minister Bernatović agreed that
the next step should be signing of ''The agreement on the transfer of rights to
use the information system", and that the Police Support Agency of BiH is
obliged to do customization of the software based on needs of the MUP PK, and
to hold training for the employees of the MUP PK who will be working on this
system.
Representatives
of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of PK were satisfied, and expressed their
gratitude for the reception and provided support.
