The Minister of Internal Affairs of SBK requested assistance regarding the implementation of the information system ''Central Records of Employees''
Director of Police
Support Agency of BiH Jasmin Pilica, at the request of the Minister of
Internal Affairs of the Central Bosnia Canton, met today with the
representatives of this institution. The Director informed the
representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the SBK to the
importance of establishing a central register of employees of the BiH police bodies
and explained that this system provides a unique and efficient way of collecting,
sorting, exchanging, management, availability and accuracy of all relevant data
necessary for efficient work of police bodies at the state level, as well as protection
of data that is centralized at one place. Also, the director pointed out that
the Agency conducts management of central records in accordance with its competence.
After
the receipton by the director, employees that are closely related to that part
of the project, presented to the
delegation of the Ministry of Interior of SBK the information system "Central Records of Employees".
Upon
completion of the presentation, there was a brief discussion about the system, its
reporting capabilities, and ability to adapt to specific needs. Representatives
of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of SBK were under a positive impression and
expressed the desire and the need to introduce such a system to the Ministry of
Internal Affairs of the Central Bosnia Canton.
Representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of
SBK thanked for the warm welcome and the offered assistance.
