Representatives of the National Police of the Kingdom of Spain Mrs. Fani Nicolás Martínez - Police attaché of the Ministry of the Interior of the Kingdom of Spain for Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro, Mr. David Diego Monserrat - Chief Inspector of the National Police, head of the central brigade for the fight against people smuggling, and Mr. Fernando Álvarez Moriano - Chief Inspector of the National Police, head of the Department for International Cooperation within the Directorate General for Foreigners and Borders, visited on 13.10.2022. the Police Support Agency.
On behalf of the Police Support Agency, the visitors were received by Miše Ćavar, deputy director, with his colleagues.
During the visit, a meeting was held where the visitors were introduced to the work of the Agency, its competencies, challenges, past results as well as current projects, especially those concerning the drafting of regulations, the implementation of public procurement of police equipment and weapons, and the implementation of the latest IT technologies in the work of police bodies of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
They also discussed the possibilities for establishing stronger relations and cooperation between the Police Support Agency and the National Police of the Kingdom of Spain.
The deputy director expressed his gratitude for the visit and the hope that mutual cooperation will rise to a higher level soon.
