Exchange of experiences from held seminars and visits to international fairs



One of the most important competences of the Police Support Agency, among others, is the monitoring of new information and communication technologies and the possibilities of their application, and the Agency's employees, especially those employed in the Information Technology Sector, IT engineers, programmers..., make significant efforts to ensure that the police authorities and bodies of Bosnia and Herzegovina are familiar with the latest achievements in the field of information technologies, which enable the work of the security system of Bosnia and Herzegovina to be greatly improved and facilitated.

Within the scope of these activities, on October 19, 2023, a workshop was held at the premises of the Police Support Agency, at which Agency employees gave presentations and exchanged their experiences from recently held trainings and visits to technology fairs. Among other things, it is important to emphasize the visits to the fair "Techex Europe" held in Amsterdam, Kingdom of the Netherlands and the 11th International Fair of Arms and Military Equipment "Partner 2023" held in Belgrade, Republic of Serbia. As part of the event, a lecture was also held on the details of the work and functioning of protocols in the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

After the workshop, the participants expressed their satisfaction with this way of working and stated that new knowledge and experience should contribute to the improvement of the functioning of state institutions.
