Activities of the Finance and Procurement of Police Equipment Division
The Finance and Procurement of Police Equipment Division is responsible for preparing the proposal of the Financial Plan of the necessary funds for the work of the Agency in accordance with the instructions of the Ministry of Finance and Treasury of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Work Program of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina
ensuring the availability and use of the Agency's funds according to the dynamics and purpose of the approved funds in accordance with the Agency's budget
preparation of periodic calculations and final reports on the financial operations of the Agency
conducting internal control over the spending of budget funds
keeping legally prescribed financial and material records for the Agency
performing and conducting procurement procedures for the Agency
conducting tender procedures for certain equipment for the police bodies of Bosnia and Herzegovina; work on appropriate records in material accounting
performing accounting and property affairs in the Agency
preparation of contracts for conclusion in the procurement of goods and services, cooperation with competent authorities, organizations and institutions
