Activities of the Legal, Personnel and General Affairs Division
Legal, Personnel and General Affairs Division is responsible for ensuring the proper application of regulations of the Agency's activities and other regulations (laws and bylaws), as well as coordinating the work of the Departments
participation and assistance in drafting laws and bylaws within the competence of the Agency
providing expert instructions and explanations for the work of the Agency as well as adequate interpretations
performing administrative and legal works
providing professional assistance in the legal field to organizational units
monitoring legislation within its scope
initiating and proposing the adoption of normative acts of the Agency
keeping the Central Record of Data of Employees in the Police Bodies of Bosnia and Herzegovina
unification of data on required personnel in the police bodies of Bosnia and Herzegovina
monitoring and analysis of the state of staff and achieving the required level of staff of the Agency
preparation of acts on status issues of employees
fulfillment of obligations towards other entities in the field of employment status of employees in the Agency
conducting procedures related to vacancies; providing appropriate assistance in resolving status issues of employees
keeping appropriate records of personnel in the Agency
performing clerical work, archives, transcripts and duplication of written materials, courier work as well as other tasks within the competencies of the Agency
