Activities of the Support Department

The Support Department is responsible for assisting the work of the Director and Deputy Director through the performance of professional and technical tasks, including scheduling the activities of the Director and preparing materials for meetings with representatives of the competent authorities with which the Agency cooperates

preparation of analyzes and other analytical - informative materials; gathering information on security issues

compiling materials and special information on the work of the Agency in the field of internal and external information for the needs of competent institutions

preparation of the annual plan and report on the work of the Agency, coordination in the work and implementation of work plans of organizational units in performing tasks within their competence

initiating methodological innovations and measures for further improvement in the work of the Agency

monitoring the use of implemented projects and proposing necessary measures for their improvement

organizing official visits in the country and abroad; reception of domestic and foreign visitors

preparing sessions of the Expert Collegium and monitoring the conclusions of the Expert Collegium

preparing and updating of publications and promotional materials issued by the institution

drafting press releases and other forms of communication

organizing press conferences, interviews and talks; affairs related to organizing public appearances of director and deputy director

composing texts in cooperation with the competent organizational unit for the website of the institution, receiving and distributing materials in electronic form related to communication with the public
