The Information Technology Division is responsible for developing policies and procedures for access to and use of the network and network resources, backup and recovery of data
proposing and defining the procurement of necessary computer and communication equipment, software and other tools needed to support the Agency's information system, observing the latest standards in the field of information security and implementation of security solutions in ICT systems
establishing and maintaining network services, defining the rights and obligations of users and administrators, as well as training of users, and observing the latest trends in software engineering, design, development, construction and maintenance of databases and their implementation
